For type the serial:
You know this one is special, because he use his own numeric pad, but in the serial there is two letters (the two first) and you cant type it.
So for this: use the windows key on your keyboard for go in 'run'

When you have done this, enter: as12345 and press enter, you will get an error message, press again enter for have the text highlighted, then press Ctrl+C for copy your serial.
after, return to the ransomware and press Ctrl+V for past the serial and unlock your computer.
