At MalwareIntelligence, Picebot was identified the 19 January 2013 by Ernesto, he have do later a post on his personal blog: http://oberheimdmx.blogspot.fr/2013/01/qhost-picebot-nueva-botnet-en-latman-el.html
And recently still in internal, Ernesto have found another location of a Picebot panel, this botnet is not really interesting due to the lack of feature and the programing language used but some screenshots are always cool.
